2. Check to see if handle ends are even with one shoulder
3. Unscrew the positioning screw next to both handles
4. Slide cable through the positioning vice
5. Tighten the positioning screws
6. Measure height of jump rope again Repeat steps as needed

Attach them to your wrists
1. Roll each wrap out on a table
2. Make sure the loop is facing away from you
3. If the loop is on the far right-- place it on the right hand (opposite for left)
4. Slide your thumb through the loop and wrap your wrist tightly
5. Ensure you have a small amount of movement in your wrist. Don't let the wrap cut off circulation
6. Repeat for left hand
